I had a great experience with The Flower Cottage! Their website is very well organized and coherent. Being so far from their area, I appreciated getting an update email once the flowers were delivered. One thing I would also appreciate is if they would send an update email the day of the delivery - just to confirm that the gift is on schedule to be delivered. That said, I will definitely be using The Flower Cottage again!
