I communicated my delivery arrangements with Whitney and she was great; accommodating and considerate. The delivery was taken care of in a timely fashion and the recipient loved the flowers. Definitely beats sending flowers through Flowers Direct and other online, chain, avenues. The last time I did that, my flowers looked weak and tired; like they were not watered for a while. Will definitely buy from The Flower Cottage again.
