What can I expect for my first delivery?
For your first delivery, we will send you an arrangement in a vase, ready to display in your home or office. Each delivery after, will be wrapped in our special paper, arranged and cut to the correct size, for you to place in your provided vase.
How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
