Such a beautiful arrangement. The process was easy and the workers were so sweet!!!

While the flowers were beautiful, They were not what the picture online depicted. When I order something I expect to get what I ordered. There was no communication with the company advising me they were unable to fill the order as ordered.

Delivered same day and flowers were great

The ordering process online was easy with many options to choose from in different price ranges. I was contacted the next morning because the basket shown in the photo was not available so they used an upgraded ceramic vase instead. This was a very nice gesture! The bouquet was delivered very quickly that same day. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

My only complaint is about the number of flowers in the arrangement. The person who received it sent me a picture and it had fewer of the larger flowers than the deluxe arrangement shown on the web site. Otherwise, the arrangement was beautiful but I shouldn't have paid the extra $25 for the deluxe. :-(
